Each training module consists of:
- an audiovisual introduction scoping out what you need to do in that module
- an assignment to be completed using your existing project as the subject matter
- templates for documenting the products of your analysis
When you have completed a training module send it to your personal Business Analyst mentor for review from a Business Analysis perspective. They will work with you to fully develop and complete the module before progressing to the next to ensure the quality of your final deliverables.

"My mentoring programme has allowed me to continue my professional development without having to take time out from important project activity. Having a critical friend to review my work has given my project the benefit of many years experience, with no extra cost! As well as progressing my analytical skills and competencies, this has helped me to ensure my company get the best out of its business analysts by increasing understanding of our role.
Through my personalised mentoring programme I have developed the professional skills, awareness and confidence I need to progress my career as a business analyst. Unlike traditional training courses, mentoring ensures you are able to put new skills into practice within in the context of your project, your company and your career."
"Guy [one of the tutors at smart-BA] still frequently runs training courses for us. I have known Guy for many years and have also worked with him as a business analyst – I would have no hesitation in recommending him as an on-line mentor."
